JBA
has created innovative designs for many municipal and detention
structures including courthouses, fire and police stations,
and public works buildings. We have also been a leader in the
design
of detention facilities since 1989, and helped develop some
of the first pre-cast modular cells. Our designs have improved
security, accelerated construction, and saved money. Years
of experience working with many different architects on projects
from California
to Maryland have given us unique insight into the design of
such
facilities. Our familiarity with detention facilities and their
operational requirements gives us an enhanced ability to integrate
structural design with many of the architectural and mechanical
requirements of these highly specialized projects.
