JBA is a national design firm professionally registered in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We are experienced in handling tight budgets and meeting challenging schedules. Our engineering staff uses the latest software to aid in our structural design. JBA prepares construction documents using Revit or AutoCAD, in accordance with the needs of our clients. We have in-office Autodesk Certified Professionals to help integrate the latest features of these programs into our deliverables. Using TEKLA Structures Building Information Modeling software, we also have the ability to prepare structural steel fabrication drawings. To ensure quality, a detailed review of every set of plans is performed by a principal or senior associate prior to final issuance.
Many clients, owners and operators request our expertise in on-site construction observation to ensure a quality structure. JBA has established and continually trains our in-house observation team. We are equipped with thermal imaging equipment, steel reinforcement detection devices and other tools necessary to review conformance with the construction documents.
