About Ben

Ben started his career at a large multi-discipline engineering firm where he began acquiring his diverse skill set. Ben designed and monitored construction of power plants in the United States, Southeast Asia, and El Salvador prior to joining JBA in 1997. His determination and logic for integrating cost-effective solutions into complex buildings sets a standard within our company. Utilizing collaborative and innovative efforts, Ben now leads a fast-paced program that completes several hundred projects each year. In addition to engineering management, he leads our recruiting department ensuring that JBA is adequately staffed with dedicated and talented engineers and technicians.
